"Costco is the place to be for most of my family's groceries shopping. This Costco is great clean and staff is very professional. Only thing I don't like the parking lot. People drive like maniacs in the parking lot. People steal spaces as you are waiting. Almost gotten ran over at least 3 times this year. Almost getting a Tboned because people like to speed down the parking lot at 30 plus mph."

"I recently had a disappointing encounter at Costco involving an employee named Celsira, and I feel compelled to share my experience. My family and I visited the store to prepare for an upcoming party, and unfortunately, this incident has left me reconsidering future visits.While exiting the store, Celsira questioned if I had paid for the jacket I was wearing without thoroughly checking my receipt. Despite clarifying that it was my personal jacket from American Eagle, she insisted on reviewing security footage, creating an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation.Seeking resolution, I requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, no one responded for nearly 30 minutes, prompting me to locate a manager inside the store. To my dismay, the manager and Celsira conversed in Spanish, despite my request for English, adding to my frustration.This experience, coupled with the lack of immediate resolution, has significantly impacted my perception of Costco. As a loyal customer, feeling unjustly accused and witnessing a lack of effective communication is disheartening.I hope this review prompts a thorough examination of the customer service practices at this location to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons."
