I have tried a few Whey protein powders over the years, but none as good as this. Some protein powders are too sweet or too chalky, not BWS. The flavor is mild with the right amount of sweetness. It easily dissolves in cold milk or water. Well worth the price, which for the quality is very reasonable

Does it have lactose?

Built With Science Whey protein is made with 100% Whey Protein Isolate as the source of protein. Because of the additional filtering Whey Protein Isolate has to go through, it contains very little lactose (less than 1 percent). This means that you may be able to consume it even if you are lactose intolerant or lactose sensitive.

Is it gluten-free?

Yes, our Whey protein is 100% gluten-free.

Is it vegetarian friendly?

Yes, our Whey protein is vegetarian friendly and an excellent protein source for vegetarians who include dairy products in their diet.

Does it contain BCAAs?

Each scoop of BWS Whey protein contains 6.8g of BCAAs. However, realize that all Whey Protein powder (and all protein in general) is made up of several amino acids, 20 to be specific. 3 of these 20 amino acids are what’s known as “branched chain amino acids” (BCAAs). Meaning that all Whey Protein powder (including our BWS Whey Protein) already consist of BCAAs. Companies will often state that their product contains “BCAAs”, but this is true for all protein powders. Higher quality, purer protein powders will have a higher amount of BCAAs in them simply because of their high protein content.

Does it contain soy?

No, BWS Whey protein does not contain any soy.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

BWS Whey Protein is currently available only to ship to the United States. We are working on making the product available internationally.
